Ingredients pan fry salmon :


  • 1 lb inexperienced beans

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese

Directions pan fry salmon :


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Add inexperienced beans and cherry tomatoes to the pan and toss with olive oil and salt.  Clear a gap within the middle of the pan and upload salmon.  Squeeze lemon juice onto the salmon.
