SLOW COOKER LASAGNA

This sluggish cooker lasagna recipe is soon and simple to prep, and made with the vintage meals all of us love!

A few months ago, I attended my first ever “Lasagna Fest”.  Or because the organizer known as it, “Lasagnapocalypse”.

About 30 or so pals gathered in a big loft downtown, armed with bottles of wine, part salads, crusty bread, and tiramisu.  And then we gathered round the longest eating desk ever (read: 5 folding tables all squished together) and willing to unharness our inside Garfields on some epic pans of lasagna.  Because at a Lasagna Fest, relaxation assured — there was so a lot lasagna.

INGREDIENTS COOKER LASAGNA:

  • 16 raw no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 32 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chopped recent child spinach
  • 1/4 cup finely-chopped recent basil

DIRECTIONS COOKER LASAGNA:
